If you're like me, this is the time of year I get loads of seed catalogs in the mail!  If you're interested in cultivating your own herbal garden and focusing on medicinal herbs for your natural medicine chest, this is a great class for you!  I'll be reviewing both perennial and annual plants that grow well in our area, seed starting, where to get them and which plants I've grown and used.  This is the first of a three part series - Planning, Growing & Harvesting our own medicinal garden.  The second class will be held in late June/July and will be on my farm in Clayton.  You'll get a first hand look at my medicinal garden and we'll discuss cultivation and growing techniques.  The third part of this series will be in September and we'll cover harvesting and storage of our awesome herbs! Each class can be taken independently or as part of the group, your choice.  $25 per person/per class.
