About the event
During this class I'll cover the definitions of eczema to help you understand how it's affecting your body. I'll provide you with lifestyle, diet and herbal options you can draw from as solutions to help you deal with eczema outbreaks, and hopefully, reduce them completely. During my schooling to become a Master Herbalist, I chose to do my thesis paper on eczema. Through this research, I gained a greater understanding on how to help those who suffer from it.
