When we decided to create the space for Silver Creek Herbals, we knew that including a private room for healing was really important. We wanted to offer natural healing modalities that would compliment our herbal medicine and whole body wellness. We're so happy to offer this to our clients!

Kelly Lingen: Certified Crystal Healer, Master Crystologist
Kelly Lingen, owner of Lingen Tree Rock Shop, has had a life-long interest in rocks, crystals, fossils, and other gifts found in the Earth. Her passion developed from childhood when she first began looking for agates and bones out in the countryside where she grew up, and it turned into something more when she realized that these found treasures affected the way she felt in a very profound way.
A Certified Crystal Healer and a Master of Crystology, Kelly is delighted to share her love for the mineral kingdom with others through her business, Lingen Tree Rock Shop. Both an online store and a brick and mortar business, Lingen Tree features an incredible variety of crystals, mineral specimens, specialty gemstone carvings, gemstone jewelry, pendulums, incense, smudging supplies, tarot and oracle cards, runes, books, and so much more. Kelly also offers in-person classes (online classes coming soon!) at her shop including: Introduction to the Healing Energy of Crystals, Introduction to Tarot, Introduction to Runes, Pendulum Dowsing for Beginners, and Advanced Pendulum Dowsing.

Tracy Hovde: Massage Therapist, E-RYT 200, RYT500, YACEP
Tracy first discovered yoga and massage as a way to heal her body after sustaining
experiencing the benefits of these healing modalities for herself, Tracy shifted
her focus from dance to massage therapy and yoga. Tracy graduated from
CenterPoint School of Massage & Bodywork in 2002 where she received training in Swedish, deep-tissue massage, and trigger point therapy. She also earned
certification in Aromatherapy through the West Coast Institute of Aromatherapy.
Tracy completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training through Devanadi Yoga and
her 300-hour yoga teacher training through Green Lotus Yoga & Healing Centers. She is a lead trainer for Green Lotus Yoga & Healing Center 200-hour yoga teacher training and is a Yoga Alliance approved continuing education provider. Tracy leads trainings and workshops in anatomy, chakras, philosophy, pranayama, and more.
Tracy's belief that healing comes from within is what guides her work. She seeks
to create a safe and comfortable space for her clients and to apply techniques
that will support their own natural healing processes, whether in a bodywork
session, yoga class, or private session.

For those that know Lori, it should come as no surprise that making someone else feel good and helping
others is what moves her.
In the past Lori has volunteered for the Turtle Lake First Responders, was an EMT for the Barron
Ambulance Service while still working her “Full Time“ job. (The job she says enabled her to
restructure – not retire!) Lori will tell you that growing wiser (not older) allowed her to change some
of her conventional thinking as she saw the benefits people received from the simple power of touch.
“You can’t put a value on seeing a person’s mind, body and spirit flourish from something as little as the
power of touch and working with their own energy.” It was during this time Lori realized she couldn’t
keep fighting off the urge to continue her education and knowledge in a field that she was fervent
about. She knew by doing so, it would provide her the tools as well as an opportunity to continue to
help others.
Lori attended massage school and completed her training in 2004 becoming a Massager Therapist but
at the time was unable to dedicate the time or hours to practice this full time. However, the love of that healing modality and her curious mind along with required continuing education led her to explore the energy work side of things. That is where her focus and passion is today. Lori took many hours of classes and training to receive her certification as a Reiki Master in 2021 and Holy Fire® & Karuna® Reiki in 2023.
Along with offering Reiki, Lori has her certification to offer Reflexology of the hands, feet and outer
ear. You can focus on one, two or all three areas in one appointment.
Lori has other niches she brings to the table, and we would encourage you to come meet her and get to
know her. She can then tell you about some of the other energy and wellness services she can provide
firsthand.
Lisa LeCuyer Kofakis - Master Herbalist & Earth Spirit Medicine™ Shamanic Practitioner

Lisa has worn many hats in this lifetime and all have been important to her and to her development.
She's always been an artist and an a lover of plants. Lisa served her country as a U.S. Marine, became a Tattoo Artist in 1991 and transitioned to Master Herbalist in 2018, earning her diploma through the Midwest School of Herbal Studies. She currently offers Herbal Consultations through her clinical herbal practice. Lisa finished her Earth Spirit Medicine™ Shamanic training in April of 2023 under Shaman Diane Littel of Earthways Healing.
She also holds her Reiki I and Reiki II certificates. Along with her above passions, she is also an avid reader, yoga enthusiast and student of Kabbalah.
Lisa finds her call to serve in sharing her knowledge of plants, honoring and caring for the land and all that is connected to it. She feels a strong affinity to help others through both her herbalism and shamanism.

Lisa is currently focusing on her clinical herbal services and offering shamanic services on a very limited basis.
